Effective and Interactive Training Environment
The course material is designed inline with the PMI PMBOK philosophy to match different participants backgrounds and project management experience. Different methods are used to introduce participants to the project management process and areas of knowledge including real examples from different business sectors as well business cases and true life scenarios that participants will bring to the class.
The participants will be asked during the course to provide feed back on how the instructor may make the delivey of the course more effective to match a specific class needs. The instructor will then discuss the requested changes with the class and implement any agreeable changes.
